S. ;'REASURY BILLS Un this the 8th day of January, 1968, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of investing certain surplus funds currently on deposit in the Kerr County Flood Control Maintenance Fund; and It appearing to the Court that investment of such funds in United States Treasury Bills would be advantageous and desirable, it is ordered on motion by Commissivner Bartel, second- ed by Commissioner Burney, and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank, the official depository of Kerr County, be authorized to purchase U. S. Treasury Bills of the longest available term and with a maturity value of $11,000.00 for Kerr County and to hold the same in safekeeping; and It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Flood Control Maintenance Fund in the necessary amount to purchase the Treasury Bills as aforesaid, doing so when advised by the Chas.
