COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION January 26, 1968 at 9:30 o'clock A.M., with the
following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:

AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING MARCH 8, 9, & 10, 1968
On this the 26th day of January 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the Junior Chamber
arena section of the
of Commerce of Kerr County be granted use of the/Agriculture Exhibition Building March
8, 9 and 10, 1968, at no charge except janitor service.

P?0. 10647 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF STAHKEY MARTOR SUBDIVISION N0. 9
On this the 26th day of January 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Starkey Manor
Subdivision No. 9 in the City of Kerrville, Texas.

NO. 10648 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 26th day of January 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Ueneral, Officers Salary, Special Hight-of-Way, F.
M. 783 R/'d, Permanent Improvement and Kerr County Public Library Funds, as shown in the
Minutes of Accounts allowed from page 1137 thru ___ , Voucher Nos. 19gg2 thru 19896 ,
which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.
