COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION January 26, 1968 at 9:30 o'clock A.P'I., with the
following officers present:

W. C. Schwethelm Commissioner Precinct No. 1

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 10646 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF JUPSIOR CHAMBER OF COMP~IE1tCE OF YkEHR COUNTY FUH USE OF
AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING MARCH 8, 9, & 10, 1968
On this the 26th day of January 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the Junior Chamber
arena section of the
of Commerce of Kerr County be granted use of thejAgriculture Exhibi6ion Building March
8, 9 and 10, 1968, at no charge except janitor service.

N0. 10647 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF STARKEY MANOR SUBDIVISION N0. 9
On this the 26th day of January 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Starkey Manor
Subdivision No. 9 in the City of Kerrville, Texas.

N0. 10648 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUN'PS
On this the 26th day of January 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of General, Officers Salary, Special Right-of-Way, F.
M. 783 R/W, Permanent Improvement and Kerr County Public Library Funds, as shown in the
Minutes o£ Accounts allowed from page 1137thru ___ , Voucher Nos. 19892 thru 19886 ,
which were made a part hereof and of this order.
