day of February 1968 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the City of Kerrville, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following members present;

On this the 12th day of Febru4ary 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral 2, 3 and
4, General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Jury, General Road and Bridge and F. M.

Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously
approved by the Court.

TTO. 10650 I'IONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 12th day of February 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of January of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

On this the 12th day of February 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of
Frances Lindholm, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector be ratified and confirmed effective January
31, 1968.

N0. 10652 ORDER AUTHORIZING APPOINTT+IENT OF DOROTHY SMITH AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-CGLLECTOR
On this the 12th day of February 1968, came on to be considered by the Court the
application of Juanita Reeve:, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and

deputize Dorothy Smith as Deputy `Pax-Assessor Collector, and it appearing to the Court
that said officer is entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be approved;
therefore on motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Dorothy Smith as Deputy
^1ax Assessor-Collector and that her salary be set at y2880.00 per annum, effective the date
of her qualification, the same being the 12th day of February 1968.

5.0. 10653 APPROVAL OF ALLOWANCE `r'OR STONEY ARMS`1'RONG
On this the 12th day of February 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that Stoney Armstrong be
granted a monthly allowance of :y20.00 for six months, effective as of February 1, 1968,
payable out of the General Fund.

On triis the 12th day of February 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of X5,000.00 £rom the General
Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

Quarterly Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the
indebtedness, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning November
1, 1967 and ending January 31, 1968, and the same having been compared and examined by the
Court and found correct.
Upon motion made by Corrimissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
and subject to audit.
