deputize Dorothy Smith as Deputy Tax-Assessor Collector, and it appearing to the Court
that said officer is entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be approved;
therefore on motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Dorothy Smith as Deputy
Tax Assessor-Collector and that her salary be set at x2880.00 per annum, effective the date
of her qualification, the same being the 12th day of February 1968.

On this the 12th day of February 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that Stoney Armstrong be
granted a monthly allowance of ;620.00 for six months, effective as of February 1, 1968,
payable out of the General Fund.

Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:

CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPEPiDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERB COUNTY
On this the 13th day of February 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the
(Zuarterly Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the
indebtedness, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for tkre quarter beginning November
1, 1967 and ending January 31, 1968, and the same having been compared and examined by the
Court and found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
and subject to audit.
