T. Williams for terracing of his land 4 miles East of Kerrville on Highway 27 in Precinct No. 2, was approved by the Court and contract entered into by and between the Commissioner of Precinct No. 2 and the aforementioned party. Motion made by Commissioner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10666 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FORMAL AMENDMENT TO GRANT AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING COUNTY JUDGE TO EXECUTE SAME WHEREAS, the Commissioners Court of the County of Kerr, Texas, acting by and through the County Judge of Kerr County, Texas, did execute and deliver that certain Grant Agree- ment dated October 4, 1967, being Contract No. FASW 5000 as identified with Fedearl Aviation Administration Project No. 9-41-206-c801, Louis Schreiner Field, Kerrville, Texas; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the execution of the aforementioned Grant Agreement, it was determined that the work item "perform pavement marking incidental to construction" should be included in the Grant Agreement work description in order to complete a useful and useable unit under the Project; and WHEREAS, a formal amendment to the aforementioned Grant Agreement, identified as Amendment No. 1 to Grant Agreement, providing for the work item "perform pavement marking incidental to construction" has been executed by the Area Manager, Houston Area, Federal Aviation Administration and submitted to the County of Kerr, Texas, for acceptance; THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Commissioners Court of the County of Kerr, State of Texas, that the County Judge of Kerr County, Texas, be and he hereby is authorized and directed to accept and execute all necessary copies of the formal amendment on behalf of Kerr County, 'Texas, and the County Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to impress the official seal of the Commissioners Court of Kerr County thereon and to attest said execu- tion, a copy of said formal amendment being annexed hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof as if set forth at length herein.
