ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE RECONSTRUCTION OF A
PORTION OF THE OLD CENTER POINT ROAD 1N PRECINCT N0. 3 THROUGH THE LANDS OF
LOUIS PFEIFFER
On this the 11th day of March, 1968, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of compensation to be paid Louis Pfeiffer for damages resulting from the recon-
struction of a portion of the Old Center Point Road through his property from a point
beginning at the Northeast corner of the Frank G. White property and running Northeast 400
feet to the south aide of the Louis Pfeiffer 6 acre field, and after due consideration by
the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney,
and unanimously approved by the Court that the said Louis Pfeiffer be paid the sum of
$200.00 damages which he has agreed to accept, the said damages to include additional land
taken together with the estimated cost of constructing approximately 400 feet of fencing,
including one 12 foot gate, it being the intention of Kerr County to make payment of the
aforesaid damages in lieu of any present or future obligation to construct the aforesaid
400 feet of fencing and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authoriz-
ed to draw a voucher in the amount of $200.00 on the Precinct No. 3 Road and Bridge Fund
payable to Louis Pfeiffer.

by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 589 thru 592, Volume M.

R/W FUND
On this the 11th day of March 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $500.00 from the General Road
and Bridge Fund to the F. K. 689 No. 2 Right-of-Way Fund.
