N0. 10684 ORDER ACCEPTING OFFER OF FELIX F. KLEIN AND WIFE NEVA KLEIN, FOR 'P HE CONVE~NCE
OF RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. M. ROAD 1340
On this the 8th day of April, 1968, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the letter offer of Felix F. Klein and wife, Neva Klein, to convey to the State of Texas
25.061 acres of land out of Surveys 716, 1439, 11 and 9, the foregoing being for the
purpose of providing right-of-way for the extension of F. M. Road 1340;
And it appearing to the Court that their offer is reasonable and in the best interests
of all concerned, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby accepts the aforesaid
offer and will pay the said Felix F. Klein and Neva Klein the sum of $2,506.10 considera-
tion for their conveying the aforesaid right-of-way and in addition, Kerr County will pay
them the sum of $3,000.00 as severance damages;
And it is further ordered that in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr
County will construct a new livestock fence along the entire length of both sides of the
new right-of-way as staked using 39 inch net wire, topped with one smooth cable wire and
heart cedar posts set 30 feet apart with 3 heart cedar stays between; and in addition,
Kerr County will install as many as four 12 foot steel gates in the said fence lines, it
being the agreement of the parties that Kerr County will have the fencing built by Gabriel
Mats of Sonora, Texas, as stipulated in the aforesaid letter offer,
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher on the F. M. 1340 ROW Fund in the amount of $5,506.10 payable to Felix F. Klein
and Neva Klein, the said voucher to be delivered upon receipt of their properly executed
Right-of-Way Deed.

N0. 10685 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF AIME FRANK REAL FOR USE OF AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION
BUILDING JUNE 6, 7 & 8, 1968, FOR LAMB SALE
On this the 8th day of April 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that Aime Frank Real be granted the
use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building June 6, 7 and 8, 1968 for a Lamb Sale, at $25.00
per day, plus clean up.

N0. 10686 'TRANSFER OF $20,000.00 FROM F. M. LATERAL ROAD FUND TO F. M. 1340 R/W FUND
On this the 8th day of April 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $20,000.00 from the F. M.
Lateral Road Fund to the F. M. 1340 R/W Fund.

N0. 10687 APPORTIONMENT OF $6,000.00 FROM 'PHE GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 8th day of April 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $6,000.00 out of the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' precincts:
