Welch in the amount of $147.40 for 50 posts ® $2.50 and 16 posts ® $1.40 and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher on the F. WALLACE AS COUNTY ATTORNEY FOR KERR COUNTY, TEXAS On this the 1st day of May 1968, it appearing to the Court that a vacancy exists in the office of County Attorney of Kerr County, Texas, by virtue of Robert R. Barton's resignation. Upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved and Judge Neunhoffer also voted "AYE" that Edgar A. Wallace be appointed to £ill the vacancy in the office of County Attorney. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that Edgar A. Wallace be appointed to fill the vacancy in the office of County Attorney, said appointment to be effective, subject to his furnishing proper bond and qualifying as required by law, until the next General Election in 1968. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
