ROAD 783 On this the 1st day of May, 1968, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Henry Covert and wife, Hazel Covert, for the convey- ance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney, and unanimously approved by the Court, that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Henry Covert and wife, Hazel covert, the sum of $150.00 for land and damages for their convey- ance to the State of Texas of 0.096 acres of land out of Survey 120, Walter Fosgate, it being the agreement of the parties hereto that the foregoing cash consideration shall include the estimated cost of moving the metal sign and supporting pipe presently located on the aforesaid 0.096 acre tract of land; And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F.
