~~. ~P~ N0. 10701 ORDER FIXING SALARY AND ALLOWANCES OF COUNTY ATTORNEY On this the 13th day of May 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Attorney's salary be set at $7200.00 per annum, plus allowance of $600.00 for rent and $600.00 allow- ante for secretarial service, said allowances to be paid as he may direct. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10702 ORDER ACCEPTING OFFER OF NA`T'IONAL BANK OF COP9MERCE OF SAN ANTONIO, TRUSTEE, TO DONATE RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. M. ROAD 1340 On this the 13th day of May, 1968, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the offer of National Bank of Commerce of San Antonio, Trustee, to donate right-of-way through a portion of the Stowers Ranch for the extension of F. M. Road 1340 in consideration for the construction by Kerr County of a deerproof fence along the line of the right-of-way to be donated; And it appearing to the Court that the value of the right-of-way and channel easement concerned equals the estimated difference in cost between a standard livestock fence and a deerproof fence along the line of the right-of-way concerned; It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby accepts the offer of the National Bank of Commerce of San Antonio, Trustee, to donate to the State of Texas ------ 14.824 acres of right-of-way out of Surveys 716 and 1438, together with the granting of one Channel Easement comprising 0.184 acres of land out of Sruvey 1439; and in consideration for the donation of the right-of-way and channel easement concerned, Kerr County will construct 5,767 feet of deerproof fencing along the south side of the right-of-way conveyed, doing so to the same specifications as were employed in the construction of fencing erected previous- ly on the adjacent section of F. M. Road 1340 constructed through a portion of the Stowers Ranch, and the said new fencing shall include one 12 foot steel gate. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10703 ORDER EXTENDING PROVISIONS OF ORDER NO. 10354 TO PARTIAL PAYMENTS FOR PRESENT F. M. 1340 FENCING On this the 13th day of May 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the provisions of Order No. 10354 be extended to partial payments for present F.
