It appearing to the Court that the Kerr County Tax Collector has been heretofore
served with citation in said causes on behalf of Kerr County and the State of Texas and "'
that intervention and filing of claims in these causes are required to preserve the claims
of Kerr County and the State of Texas arising from delinquent taxes due them and constitut-
ing a lien on the property which is subject to the said delinquent tax suits, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously approved
by the Court that the County Attorney Edgar A. Wallace, be authorized and directed to
proceed to file an intervention in the said causes as above set forth and otherwise proceed
according to law in this matter.

On this the 13th day of May 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $12,000.00 out of the General
Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' precincts:

Road	and	Bridge	No.	2 ---	---- $2,200.00
Road	and	Bridge	No.	3 ---	---- $2,200.00

On this the 13th day of May 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the General
Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 10708 TRANSFER OF $3,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT FUND
On this the 13th day of May 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded

Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $3,000.00 from the General
Fund to the Permanent Improvement Fund.

N0. 10709 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 14th day of May 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly -^
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning February 1, 1968 and
ending April 30, 1968, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and

found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the
Court unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future
reference and subject to audit.

N0. 10710 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 14th day of May 1968, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissioners' Court,
came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mra. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of
said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of February 1968 and ending on the
30th day of April 1968, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and
found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds,
since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found
correct as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same
is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the
record binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made
in the accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court.
