M. 689 #2 R/W, F. M. 783 R/W and F/M 1340 R/W Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts allowed from page 1164 thru 1168, voucher Nos. 20806 thru 20952 , which were made a part hereof and of this order. Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimous- ly approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10713 MONTRLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED On this the 10th day of June 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the various reports of May of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit. SESSOM, Home Demonstration Agent, report for May 1968 MARGARET HILL, County Health Nurse, Report for May 1968 o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10714 PROVISIONS OF ORDER N0. 10509 TO BE EXTENDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR On this the 10th day of June 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, with Commissioners Burney, Bartel and Stone voting "AYE" and Commissioner Schwethelm abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a majority vote that the provisions of Order No. 10509 be extended for an additional period of one year, commencing June 15, 1968. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10715 ACCEPTANCE OF 1967 AUDIT AND PAYMENT OF SAME Un this the 10th day of June 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously accepted the audit of Kerr County Records for 1967 as made by the firm of Pressler, Thompson and Company and that their claim in the ~'Jt-/~ amount of $2,550.00 for their services be paid and that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $2,550.00 out of the General Fund for payment of same. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10716 ORDER NUNC PRO TUNC EXTENDING MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF ROY BENNETT On this the 10th day of June, 1968 came on to be heard the necessity of entering an order Nunc Pro Tunc extending the monthly allowance of Roy Bennett from July 1, 1967 through November 1967 and it appearing to the Court that it was the intention of the Commissioners' Court that the monthly allowance of $40.00 previously granted Roy Bennett, pursuant to the provisions of Urder No. 10412 was to be continued beyond the month of June 1967 and that said monthly allowance was in fact paid by the County Treasurer until it was terminated by the Court effective December 1, 1967. It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that it be ordered nunc pro tune June 12, 1967, that the monthly allowance of $40.00 per month for Roy Bennett be extended for a period commencing July 1, 1967 and ending November 30, 1967. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10717 TERMINATION OF ALLOWANCE FOR MRS. GEORGIA STEVENS On this the 10th day of June 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the allowance for Mrs. Georgia Stevens terminate as of May 1, 1968, due to termination of need. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10718 ALVIN S. BOOTH, CUSTODIAN, GRANTED PAY IN LIEU OF VACATION On this the 10th day of June 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that Alvin S. Booth, Courthouse Custodian, be granted the equivalent of two weeks salary in lieu of his regular vacation, the same to be paid out of the General Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10719 KERR COUNTY LIVESTOCK SHOWS ASSOCIATION, INC., GRANTED USE OF AGRICULTURAL BUILDING FOR 1969 HILL COUNTRY DISTRICT JR. LIVESTOCK SHOW On this the 10th day of June 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the Kerr County Livestock Shows Association, Inc., be granted use of the Agricultural Building January 17 through January 21, 1969, Inclusive, for the 1969 Hill Country District Jr. Livestock Show. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 10720 CONTRACT BETWEEN C. R. LAW TAX RECORDS, INC. AIdD KERR COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR- COLLECTOR On this the 10th day of June 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the amended contract between C.
