On this the 10th day of June 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General

On this the 10th day of June 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Gourt unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $1,000.00 from the Road and
Bridge Fund to the F. M. 783 R/W Fund.

N0. 10724 COMMISSIONERS' COURT TO MEET AS BOARD OF EQUALIZATION JULY 12, 1968
On this the 10th day of June 1968 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of the Commissioners' Court sitting as a Board of Equalization, and it appearing
to the Court that the same is a necessity; therefore on motion made by Commissioner Stone,
seconded by Commissioner Burney, it was unanimously approved that the Commissioners' Court
convene on Friday, July 12, 1968 between the hours of 9:00 o'clock A.M. and meeting until
12:00 o'clock Noon and that proper notices be published and also notices be mailed to those
property owners whose valuations the Court proposes to change.

N0. 10726 ORDER ACCEPTING FENCING CONSTRUCTED BY GABRIEL MATA ALONG F. M. ROAD 1340 AND
ORDERING PAYMENT OF SAME
On this the 14th day of June, 1968, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of acceptance of fencing constructed along the Right-of-Way of F. M. Road 1340
by Gabriel Mata pursuant to agreement between Kerr County and certain abutrting land owners

and it appearing to the Gourt that said fencing has been satisfactorily constructed accord-
ing to specifications, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby accepts
the aforesaid fencing and that final payment therefor be made in the amount of $2,397.84
as is set forth in Appendix "A" to this order; and it is further ordered that the Clerk
and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1340 ROW Fund in the amount
of $2,397.84 payable to Gabriel Mata.
