and it appearing to the Court that said fencing has been satisfactorily constructed accord-
ing to specifications, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby accepts
the aforesaid fencing and that final payment therefor be made in the amount of $2,397.84
as is set forth in Appendix "A" to this order; and it is further ordered that the Clerk
and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1340 ROW Fund in the amount
of $2,397.84 payable to Gabriel Mata.

the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of General, Officers Salary, F. M. 1340 and F. M. 783
R%W Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts allowed on page 1168 , Voucher Nos.
20963 thru 20971 which were made a part hereof and of this order.
