day of July 1968 at 10:00 o'clock p.M., in the City of Kerrville, a Regular Term of Commis-

N0. 10730 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 8th day of July 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 2,
Lateral Road 4, General, Officers Salary, General Road & Bridge, County Law Library, F. M.
783 R/W and Jury Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts allowed from page 1173
thru 1175 , Voucher Nos. 21045 thru 21164 , which were made a part hereof and of this
order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 10731 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 8th day of July 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of June of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been	heard and considered by	the	Court,	finds that said	reporta are	true and	correct
and should	be approved; therefore,	upon	motion	of Commissioner	Stone,	seconded	by
Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reporta be accepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 10732 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORT UN TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 8th day of July 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June 1968 and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $2142.66.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $2057.50_
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court

unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

N0. 10733 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 8th day of July 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-
annual report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the
Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by
her in her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remain-
ing in her hands for the period from December 31, 1967, leaving a balance of $2142.66 on
deposit in said Trust Fund, for the period ending June 30, 1968.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court
unanimously approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

N0. 10734 APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 1968
,-. On this the 8th day of July 1968, came on to be considered by the Court the
appointment of the necessary election officials for the ensuing year, for each of the
nineteen Precincts of Kerr County and the Absentee Box at the Court House, as shown on
pages 1 - 7, Inclusive, Volume 2, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court that said officers be appointed for the year 1968 and made a part
hereof for all purposes.

On this the 8th day of July 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners'

PTO. 10736 RESIGNATIONS OF BOBBIE LEEDY, DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR AND MARY ELLEN SMITH,

On this the 8th day of July 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the resignation of Bobbie Leedy,
Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, effective as of June 30, 1968 and the resignation of Mary
Ellen Smith, Deputy County Clerk, effective as of July 31, 1968.

N0. 10737 ORDER DIRECTING CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE N0. 20381
On this the 8th day of July 1968, came on to be examined by the Court Certificate
of Cancellation, Certificate No. 20381, presented to the Court by Juanita Reevea, Tax
Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the reasons set out
in said Certificate for the cancellation of taxes are good and sufficient, it is therefore
ordered by the Court that the said certificate be granted and signed by the County Judge.

approved by the Court.

N0. 10738 ORDER CHANGING ELECTION PRECINCT BOUNDARIES TO BE EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 1969
On this the 8th day of July 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Burney, with Commissioners Burney, Bartel and Stone voting "AYE" and
