N0. 10733 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 8th day of July 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-
annual report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the
Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by
her in her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remain-
ing in her hands for the period from December 31, 1967, leaving a balance of $2142.66 on
deposit in said Trust Fund, for the period ending June 30, 1968.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court
unanimously approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

D10. 10734 APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 1968
On this the 8th day of July 1968, came on to be considered by the Court the
appointment of the necessary election officials for the ensuing year, for each of the
nineteen Precincts of Kerr County and the Absentee Box at the Court House, as shown on
pages 1 - 7, Inclusive, Volume 2, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court that said officers be appointed for the year 1968 and made a part
hereof for all purposes.

ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the resignation of Bobbie Leedy,
Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, effective as of June 30, 1968 and the resignation of Mary
Ellen Smith, Deputy County Clerk, effective as of July 31, 1968.

N0. 10737 ORDER DIRECTING CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE N0. 20381
On this the 8th day of July 1968, came on to be examined by the Court Certificate
of Cancellation, Certificate No. 20381, presented to the Court by Juanita Reeves, Tax
Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the reasons set out
in said Certificate for the cancellation of taxes are good and sufficient, it is therefore
ordered by the Court that the said certificate be granted and signed by the County Judge.

approved by the Court.
