NO. 10741 TRANSFER OF $5,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 8th day of July 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County C]erk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the General
Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 10742 APPORTIONMENT OF $6,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 8th day of July 1968, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasur-
er be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $6,000.00 out of the General Road
and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' precincts:
Road and Bridge No. 1 -----------$1,950.00
Road and Bridge No. 2 -----------$1,100.00
Road and Bridge No. 3 -----------$1,100.00
Road and Bridge No. 4 -----------$1,850.00

Judge and all County Commissioners present, and the Court having duly opened, the following
proceedings were had:
N0. 10743 ORDER RECESSING BOARD OF EQUALIZATION HEARING
On this the 12th day of July 1968, the Commissioners Court of Kerr County being duly
convened in session as the Board of Equalization for Kerr County and finding that there
remain additional properties which require the further consideration of the board, it is
ordered on motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimous-
ly approved that the County Clerk notify the owners of the additional properties concerned
to appear before the Board on August 2, 1968 at 10:00 o'clock A.M. to present evidence as
to why the values of their respective properties should not be increased, and it is Further
ordered that the Board of Equalization hereby recesses its public hearings at 12:15 o'clock
P.M. on the 12th day of July 1968 until August 2, 1968 at 10:00 o'clock A.M. at which time
the Board will reconvene for the resumption of its hearings and the transaction of other
business which may properly come before the said Board.

THE STATE OF TEXAS ~ KERRVILLE, TEXAS
COUNTY OF KERR ~ July 26, 1968
MOTION was made by Commissioner Stone and seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm that
Kerr County Commissioners' Court accept the provisions contained in Minute Order No. 61229
passed by the State Highway Commission on July 11, 1968, for the improvement by the Texas
Highway Department of the roads described below and that Kerr County agrees to furnish all
required right-of-way free of cost to the State:
From State Highway 41, Southeast to end of F. M. 1340, 7.6 miles West of Mo-Ranch,
a distance of approximately 3.4 miles
