At such time as the County shall accept the provision of this Order and agree to the
furnishing of the required right of way, the State Highway Engineer is directed to proceed
with the engineering development and construction of the project in the most feasible and
economical manner, at an estimated cost of X154,300, and to assume the road for State
maintenance upon completion of the construction herein authorized.
This Order is subject to acceptance by the County and if not accepted within 90 days
of the date hereof, the action herein contained shall be automatically cancelled.

COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION AUGUST 2, 1968 at 10:00 o'clock with all
members present, and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 10747 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF COUNTY BUDGET FOR 1969
On this the 2nd day of August 1968, after motion having been duly made by Commissioner
Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County
Clerk be hereby directed to issue notice by publication, with notice thereof to be publish-
ed in the official newspaper of Kerr County one time, that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr

County will submit for consideration of the public, a Budget for the Control of the County
Financial Affairs during the fiscal year, January 1st, 1969 to December 31, 1969, the same
to be at a public hearing to be held August 16, 1968 at 9:00 o'clock A.M. in the Kerr County
Commissioners' Court Room of the Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas.

On this the 2nd day of August 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounte were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, and 3, General and Officers
Salary Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed on page 1177 , Voucher Nos.
21258 thru 212Ei7 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Sehwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimous-
ly approved by the Court.
