and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 10761 ADOPTION OF BUDGET FOR `iHE YEAR 1969
Un this the pith day of August 1y68, came on to be considered by the Court the public
hearing in the matter of the adoption of the County Budget for the year 1969. It appearing
to the Court that proper notices have been published in the official newspaper of Kerr
County in the City of Kerrville, Texas for one week prior to the hearing date hereof, and
after thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the
Community, the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel,
the Court unanimously approved the adoption of the County Budget for 1969.

On this the 16th day of August 1968, at a Regular Term of Commissioners' Court, with
all officers present, it is ORDEREll, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the following tax levies and
collections be made for the year 1968, in and for Kerr County, Texas, and/or other sub-
divisions thereof, as follows:

TSO. 10763 ArPROVAL OF TERRiiCING COTtTRACT N PRECINCT N0. 2
On this the 16th day of August 1968, in accordance with the provisions of Article
2372c of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, the application of Alfred Unnasch for terrac-
ing of his land 9 miles Southeast of Kerrville on the Bandera Road in Precinct No. 2, was
approved by the Court and contract entered into by and between the Commissioner of Precinct
No. 2 and the aforementioned party. T~iotion made by Commissioner Burney, seconded by
Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court.

On this the 16th day of August 1968, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Statement
Report and Tabular~'of Ernmie M. Aluenker, County Clerk, covering the indtbtedness, expendi-
tures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning May 1, 1968 and ending July
1- 31, 1968, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimous-
ly approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference and
subject to audit.
