Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher out of the F. P'I. 1340 R/W Fund payable
to R. N. 'welch in the amount of X221.50.

as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed on page 1184, Voucher N'os. 21487 thru 21489,
