by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the claim of R. N. Welch in the
amount of X221.50 for 90 posts c~ 1.35 each and 40 posts ~ 2.5C each and the Clerk and
Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher out of the F. M. 1340 R/W Fund payable
to R. N. '.tielch in the amount of X221.50.
