Order Accepting Fencing Constructed by Gabriel Mata
Along F, M, Road 1340 and Ordering Payment of Same
On this the 14th day of June, 1968, came on to be heard and con-
side red by the Court the matter of acceptance of fencing constructed along
the Right-of-Way of F. M. Road 1340 by Gabriel Mata pursuant to agree-
ment between Kerr County and certain abutting land owners and it appearing
to the Court that said fencing has been satisfactorily constructed according
to specifications, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Gourt that
Kerr County hereby accepts the aforesaid fencing and that final payment
therefor be made in the amount of $2, 397. 84 as is set forth in Appendix "A"
to this order; and it is further ordered that the Glerk and the Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1340 ROW Fund in the amount of
$2, 397. 84 payable to Gabrial Mata.
