Order Authorizing Payment of Damages Resulting from
the Reconstruction of a Portion of the Old Center Point
Road in Precinct No. 3 through the Lands of Louis Pfeiffer
On this the 11th day of March, 1968, came on to be heard and con-
side red by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Louis Pfeiffer
for damages resulting from the reconstruction of a portion of the Old
Center Point Road through his property from a point beginning at the North-

the aforesaid damages in lieu of any present or future obligation to construct
the aforesaid 400 feet of fencing and it is further ordered that the Clerk and
the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $200.00 on
the Precinct No. 3 Road and Bridge Fund payable to Louis Pfeiffer.
