Notice of Change in Election Precinct Boundaries Effective March 1, 1969 Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Article 2. 04 (a), Texas Election Code, that the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, did at its regular July, 1968 Term order the following changes in the boundaries of certain Election Precincts of Kerr County, the said changes to be effective for all elections he 13 on and after March 1, 1969. Kerr County voters regis- tering as qualified voters for the 1969 election year will be registered pursu- ant to the said precinct boundary changes, which are as follows: 1, That portion of existing Election Precinct No. 1 bounded by Wheless Ave. , Tivy St. , Barnett St, and Sidney Baker St. is detached from Precinct No, 1 and attached to Precinct No. 17, voting at the Country Club, 2, Existing Election Precinct No. 11 known as the Reservation Box is consolidated with Election Precinct No. 10 known as Midway, pursu- ant to the mandatory provisions of the Texas Election Gode, the consolidated precinct to be known as Election Precinct No. 10, voting at the Midway Store. 3, That portion of existing Election Precinct No. 12 lying east of the centerline of Lytle Street and south of the 1400 Block of Fifth St. and south of the north line of the Schreiner Institute property and to the north of the T. & N, O, R. R, tracks is detached from Precinct No. 12 and is incorporated into a new Election Precinct to be designated as No. 11, voting at Tom Daniels Elementary School Election 4, That portion of existingJPrecinct No. 15 lying west of Meeker Road and a northerly projection thereof and to the north of the T, & N, O, R, R, tracks is detached from Precinct No. 15 and is incorporated into a new election precinct to be designated as Pre- cinct No, 11, voting at Tom Daniels Elementary School. 5. There is designated, effective March 1, 1969, anew election pre- cinct to be known as No, 11, voting at the Tom Daniels Elementary School, the metes and bounds of said election precinct being as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the City of Kerrville where the centerline of Main Street intersects the centerline of the Texas and New Orleans Rail- road Right-of-Way; THENCE SE with the centerline of Main Street to the point of intersection with the centerline of Lytle Street; THENCE NE with the ceuterline of Lytle Street to the point of its intersection with the center- line of Fifth Street; THENCE SW with the centerline of Fifth Street to the point of its intersection with the centerline of Travis Street, the same being also the SE line of Survey 115, Thos. Hand. THENCE NE with the SE line of Survey 115 and the NW Line of the Schreiner Institute property to the NW corner of the said Schreiner Institute property; THENCE SE with the NE line of the Schreiner Institute property to the NE corner thereof in the SE line of Survey 113, Samuel Wallace; THENCE SW with the SE line of Sur- vey 113 to the point of its intersection with the centerline of Meeker Road and continuing SW with said Survey line and centerline to the point of inter- section with the centerline of the Texas and New Orleans Railroad Right-of- Way; THENCE northwesterly with the centerline of said railroad right-of- way to the place of BEGINNING. 6. That portion of existing Election Precinct No. 13 lying south of the Guadalupe River and to the west of State Highway No. 16 is detached from Precinct No. 13 and attached to Precinct No. 1, voting at the Court House. r. That portion of existing Election Precinct No. 14 bounded by Main St. , Sidney Baker St. , the centerline of Jefferson St. , and Town Creek is detached from Precinct No. 14 and attached to Precinct No, 1, voting at the Court House. 8. That portion of existing Election Precinct No. 14 bounded by inter- state Highway No. 10 on the south and the Gillespie County line on the north and lying between State Highway No. lb and F. M, Road 783 (Harper Road) is detached from Precinct No. 14 and attached to Precinct No, i9, voting at Fire Substation No. 1. Done by order of the Commissioners Court of Kerr County. Julius R.
