NOW., THEREFORE, the Sponsor agrees as follows:
1. The Sponsor shall reimburse the FAA for actual costa in-
curred, but not to exceed 1.10 percent of the total. estimated cost, for ground
aa.d flight. inspections as itemized hereinafter.,

a Ground Inspection. $100,00
b. Flight Inspection. 300.00
Total (Air/Ground Inspection) $400.00
Administrative Overhead (5%) 20.00
Estimated Total $420.00
3. The Sponsor's obligation to pay for services rendered by
tee FAA under this Agreement is not contingent upon receipt of any Federal
Aid grants or assistance or other qualifying factors.
4. Sponsor hereby identifies its office to which bills may be
rendered as:
City Manager. 600 Main Street, Kerrville, Texas 78028
5. This Agreement may not be altered or revoked by Sponaor
except upcm. wrir_ten consent of the FAA, which consent may be subject to
such conditions as the FAA considers appropriate in the case.
6. Sponsor agrees to all of the provisions of this Agreement as
indicated by the signature of its duly authorized officer,
