~~ - "~E-~ Order Redefining the Boundaries of Justice Precincts Two and Three of Kerr County, Effective March 1, 1970 and Setting the Terms of Court Therein. On this the 14th day of July, 19b9, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of redefining the boundaries of Justice Precincts Two and Three of Kerr County, and it appear- ing to the Court that on this date the Court did redefine the bounda- ries of Voting Precincts Two and Three of Kerr County to be effec- tive March 1, 1970, and it further appearing to the Court that the boundaries of voting precincts must by law not cross the boundaries of a justice precinct, and it further appearing to the Court that Justice Precinct Two should comprise the same geographic area as Voting Precinct iQo. 2 as redefined and that Justice Precinct No. 3 should comprise the same geographic area as Voting Precincts No. 8 and No. 3 as redefined, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that pursuant to Article 5, Section 18 of the Constitution of the State of Texas, Justice Precincts Two and Three of Kerr County be rede- fined by metes and bounds as hereinafter setforth, and that pur- suant to authority contained in Article 2351 1/Z, Vernon's Annotated Texas Civil Statutes, the provisions of this order shall become ef- fective on March 1, 1970 and be in effect thereafter until altered by proper and lawful order or statute, and it is further ordered that the terms of Court in Justice Precincts Two and Three as redefined effective March 1, 1970 shall remain the same as set by the terms of Order No. 9353 as recorded in Vol. M, Page 4 of the Minutes of the Court.
