Order Redefining the Boundaries of County Commis- sioners Precincts Two and Three of Kerr County Effective March 1, 1970 On this the 14th day of July, 1969, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of redefining the boundaries of Commissioners Precincts Two and Three of Kerr County, and it•a~pearing to the Court that on this date the Court did redefine the boundaries of Voting Precincts Two and Three so as to clarify the location thereof and for the convenience of the people, and it further appearing to the Court that the boundaries of voting precincts must by law not cross the boundaries of Commissioners precincts, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner ~ - seconded by Commissioner .~ ~ - and unanimously approved by the Court that pursuant to ,~ Article 5, Section 18 of the Constitution of the State of Texas, that as of the ef- fective date of this order the boundaries of Commissioners Precincts Two and Three shall be redefined as herein set forth with the boundaries of Commission- ers Precincts One and Four remaining as hex•etofore defined effective January 1, 1969, and that pursuant to the authority contained in Article 2351 1 /2, Vernon's Annotated Texas Civil Statutes, the provisions of this order shall become effec- tive March 1, 1970 and be in effect thereafter until altered by praper and lav~ful order or statute.
