N0. 10848 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 13th day oŁ January 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-
annual report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the
Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, 1'exa s, of collections and deposits and disbursements by
her in her official capacity, to officers and persona entitled thereto, and amounts re~ma
ing in her hands for the period from June 30, 1968, leaving a balance of 1681,446.30 on
deposit in said Trust Fund, for the period ending Deoember 31, 1968.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form end should be approved;:
therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Couri;
unanimously approved said report as submitted, to be filed wlth the County Clerk.

NC. 10849 ORDER SETTING CO JNTY OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS
On this the 13th day oŁ January 1969, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, I
with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation
oŁ various County Officials oŁ Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1969, as provided for in
Article 3912e, Section 2, R.0.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County
has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census
and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of p;err
County sre paid on a salary basis for the year 1969.
Upon motion duly made by Cummissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and
unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials oŁ Kerr County
be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1969. It is further ordered by
the Court that the Clerk oŁ the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same
to the Comptroller of public Accounts in Austin, Texa e.
