N0. 10848 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 13th day oŁ January 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-
annual report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the
Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by
her in her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts rema
ing in her hands for the period from June 30, 1968, leaving a balance of $81,446.30 on
deposit in said Trust Fund, for the period ending Deoember 31, 1968.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commiasioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

NC. 10849 ORDER SETTING COUNTY OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS
On this the 13th day oŁ January 1969, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court,
with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation
of various County Officials oŁ Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1969, as provided for in
', Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County

has a population oŁ less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census '~
and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr ~~'i
i~'i County are paid on a salary basis for the year 1969. ~I
Upon motion duly made by Commiasioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and
unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County
be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1969. It is further ordered by
the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same
to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas.

N0. 10850 ORDER SETTING PRECINCT OFFICIALS ON A SALARY BASIS
On this the 13th day oŁ January 1969, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court,
with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation
for the Precinct Officials of the various precincts of Kerr County for the year 1969 aas
provided for in Article 3912e, Section 6, R.C.S. of Texas. It appearing to the Court
that the interests of the County would be best served if the Precinct Officials of Kerr
County are paid on a salary basis for the year 1969;
Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney and
unanimously approved by the Court, that the Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a
ssls ry basis for the year 1969, as provided by law. It is further ordered that the C:Lerk
of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the State Comptroller
of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas.

N0. 10851 TRANSFER OF y11,305.00 TO SOCIAL SECURITY FUND
On this the 13th day of January 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Schw ethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the following amounts to the Social
Security Fund from their respective funds;
Jury Fund $160.00
General Fund $820.00
Road & Bridge B`und $3700.00
Officers Salary Fund 66$. 25..00
