N0. 10848 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On thin the 13th day of January 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-
annual report oŁ all receipts and disbursements oŁ the County Clerk Trust Fund in the
Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, oŁ collectlons and deposits and disbursements by
her in her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts rema
ing in her hands for the period from June 30, 1968, leaving a balsnce of .$81,446.30 on
deposit in said Trust Fund, for the period ending December 31, 1968.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form end should be approved;
therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

NC. 10849 ORDER SETTING COUNTY OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS
On this the 13th day of January 1969, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, ~I
with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation
of various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1969, as provided for in
Article 3912e, Section 2, R.0.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County
has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census ~'
snd that the interests of the County would be best served iŁ the County Officials of Kerr ~~j
County are paid on a salary basis for the year 1969. ~I
Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and II
unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County
be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1969. It is further ordered by
the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same ~,
to the Comptroller of public Accounts in Austin, Texas.

N0. 10850 ORDER SETTING PRECINC'1' OFFICIALS ON A SALARY BASIS
On this the 13th day of January 1969, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court,
with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation
for the Precinct Officials of the various precincts of Kerr County for the year 1969 as
provided for in Article 3912e, Section 6, R.C.S. of Texaa. It appearing to the Court
that the interests of the County would be best served if the Precinct Officials oŁ Kerr
County are paid on a salary basis for the year 1969;
Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney and
unanimously approved by the Court, that the Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a
salary basis for the year 1969, as provided by law. It is further ordered that the Clerk
of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the State Cumptruller
oŁ public Accounts in Austin, Texas.
