N0. 10848 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 13th day oY January 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-
annual report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the
Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by
her in her official capacity, to officers and persona entitled thereto, and amounts rams
ing in her hands for the period from June 30, 1968, leaving a balance of E81,446.30 on
deposit in said Trust Fund, for the period ending Deoember 31, 1968.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

i On this the 13th day o£ January 1969, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, III
j with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation
~~ of various County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1969, as provided for in
~~ Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County I
~', has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitant e, according to the last Federal Census ~~i
~I, and that the interests of the County would be best served i£ the County 0£f icials of Kerr ~~
County are paid on a salary basis for the year 1969. ~I
~~, Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and
unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County
be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1969. It is further ordered by
the Court that the Clerk o£ the Court prepare a ce rti£ied copy of this order and send same
to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas.

County are paid on a salary basis for the year 1969;

On this the 13th day of January 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the following amounts to the Social
Security Fund from their respective funds:
Jury Fund 71160.00
General Fund $820.00
Road & Bridge Fund $3700.00
Off icere Salary Fund 6625.00
