the matter of fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit ,jurors and Special Veniremen
~' in the District Court o£ Kerr Count; and of Jurors in the County Court of Kerr County as
is required to be done annually by Article 2122, Vernons Civil Stet utes, Article 1056 of
' the Code of Criminal Pro r.edu re 3nd Art i^le 35.2+ of the Code of Criminnl Procedure and ~.'

after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-;!
sinner S'chwethelm and unanimously approved by trie Court, that the compensation to be paid
during the year 1969 3nd until. further orders of the Court to all Gr~3nd Jurors and Petit '~
Jurors 3nd Special Veniremen shall be fixed at x5.00 per day, including those summoned but ',II
excused, provided however, that those County and District Court Petit Jurors and Grand
Jurors actually impnneied snd sworn, shall be psid $7.5G per day, with such compensation
to be paid out of the Jury Fund of Kerr County. '
