' the matter oŁ fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen
~' in the District Court of Kerr County and of Jurors in the County Court of Kerr County as
is required to be done annually by Article 2122, Vernons Civil Statutes, Article 1056 of ~'i
the Code of r, riminal Procedure and Article 35.24 of the Code of Criminal Froccdarc and
a Łt er due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-;;
s Toner Schwethelm and unanimously spprov ed by the Court, that the compensation to be paid
during the year 1969 and until further orders of the Court to ell Grnnd Jurors and petit
Jurors and Special Veniremen shall be fixed at ,~5.C0 per day, including those summoned but ~~
e xcuaed, g.rovided however, that those County and District Court Fetit Jurors and Grand
Jurors actually impaneled and sworn, shad be paid ~7.5G per day, with such compensation ~.
to be paid out of the Jury Fund of Kerr County.
