ing of iris 1»nd about 2 miles out on Elm pass Road in Precinct No. 2, Center Point, Texas,
was approved by the Court and contract entered into by end between the Commissioner of
Precinct No. 2 and the aforementioned party.

requirements for filing in the Plat Records of Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously approved by the Court
that the proposed Flat of Hill Country Ranch Estates Section 2 be accepted and approved
for filing in the Plat Records of Kerr County; provided, however, that it is stipulated
'~~~~by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County that in accepting and approving the said plat
for filing, Kerr County does not accept as county roadways the road easements dedicated
ifor public use by the proponent of the said plat and further that Kerr County does not ~
