N0. 10875 ORDER REVISING RATIO OF APPORTIONMEN'1S OF ROAD AND BRIDGE FUNDS MADE '1'0 PRECINCT
ROAD AND BRIDGE FUNDS
On this the 10th day of February, 1969 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the necessity of revising the previously agreed upon ratio of apportionments among the
four Commissioners' Precincts of such road and bridge funds as may be allocated to the
various Precincts from time to time, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously
approved by the Court, that effective this date all such apportionments as aforesaid shall
be divided as follows:
Precinct One Road and Bridge Fund 30~
Precinct Two Road and Bridge Fund 20~
Precinct Three Road and Bridge Fund 20gb
Precinct Four Road and Bridge Fund 30~

N0. 10876 APPORTIONMENT OF $7,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 10th day of February 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Schwethelm, The Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $7,000.00 out of the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commission-
ers' Court of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 28 thru 39, Volume N.

N0. 10878 ORDER CALLING FOR BIDS FOR PORTABLE AIR COMPRESSOR AND FIXING TIME FOR OPENING
SAME
Un this the 10th day of February, 1969 came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the necessity of replacing a certain Joy Air Compressor no longer considered service-
able or economical to maintain and it appearing to the Court that it would be in the best
interests of Kerr County to replace the said air compressor, it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court
that Kerr County will receive bids until 10:00 o'clock A.M. February 14, 1969 for one
portable air compressor as per specifications on file with the County Clerk. Bids shall
be filed with the County Clerk of Kerr County and shall state gross price of new unit and
shall also state trade-in allowance offered for one Joy Air Compressor, Serial No. 471032
as is, where is and less hoses, hammers, etc. Bids will be publicly opened and read at
10:00 o'clock A.M., February 14, 1969. Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and
all bids. Payment for any new unit purchased pursuant to said bids shall be made from
current funds.
