February 14, 1969 for one portable air compressor as per specifications on file with the County Clerk. Bids shall be filed with the County Clerk of Kerr County and shall state gross price of new unit and shall also state trade-in allowance offered for one Joy Air Compressor, Serial No. 471032 as is, where is and less hoses, hammers, etc. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:00 o'clock A.M., February 14, 1969. Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
