~~ N0. 10879 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER On this the 11th day of February 1969, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissioners' Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasur- er of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of November 1968 and ending on the 31st day of January 1969, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct. And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as therein shown. It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with tr_is order. Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10880 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY On this the 11th day of February 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness, expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning November 1, 1968 and ending January 31, 1969, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct. Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is found that the bid of Jess McNeel Machinery Corporation, in the amount of $3460.00, which is the total difference to be paid between the new Portable Air Compressor and the trade-in of the Joy 60 Compressor, be accepted as the lowest and best bid.
