On this the 10th day of March 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of February of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the
same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and
correct and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, second-

N0. 10888 APPROVAL OF DEPOSITORY PLEDGE CONTRACTS FOR ALL COUNTY FUNDS, COUNTY AND DISTRICT
,.~ COURT TRUST FUNDS AND COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL FUNDS
On this the 10th day of March 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the contracts submitted by Chas.
Schreiner Bank for all County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public
School Funds for the next ensuing two years.

N0. 10889 RENT INCREASE FOR DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WELFARE OFFICE
On this the 10th day oŁ March 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly rental
payments for the Department of Public Welfare Office to the Kellogg Building, as the owners
may direct, be increased to $55.00 per month, effective the month of April, 1969.

N0. 10890 ORDER REQUESTING TEXAS HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT TO IMPROVE AND RECONSTRUCT F. M. ROAD
480 BETWEEN CAMP VERDE AND CENTER POINT
On this the 10th day of March, 1969, came on

sinner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that
Kerr County, acting by and through its Commissioners Court, hereby requests the Texas
Highway Department to proceed with the proposed Improvement and Reconstruction of F. M.
Road 480 as aforesaid and that Kerr County hereby agrees to furnish without delay all

necessary right-of-way for this project at no cost to the State of Texas and it is hereby
certified that the necessary funds for such right-of-way procurement are currently avail-
able for expenditure and are not otherwise encumbered.
