Schreiner Bank for all County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds for the next ensuing two years. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10889 RENT INCREASE FOR DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WELFARE OFFICE On this the 10th day of March 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly rental payments for the Department of Public Welfare Office to the Kellogg Building, as the owners may direct, be increased to $55.00 per month, effective the month of April, 1969. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10890 ORDER REQUESTING TEXAS HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT TO IMPROVE AND RECONSTRUCT F. M. ROAD 480 BETWEEN CAMP VERDE AND CENTER POINT On this the 10th day of March, 1969, came on the matter of the proposed improvement and recons the point of its intersection with F. M. Road 689 southern edge of the town of Center Point; and it sharp curves and dangerous low water crossings of roadway both dangerous and inadequate for present to be heard and considered by the Court truction of F. M. Road 480 commencing at at Camp Verde and running east to the appearing to the Court that the present Verde Creek have rendered the present and future traffic needs and that it would be in the public interest to reconstruct the said roadway so as to correct the afore- said inadequacies and that such reconstruction would also provide residents of the town of Center Point with a route of egress during those periods when flooding of the Guadalupe River blocks all present access routes to the community, it is ordered on motion by Commis- sioner Burney, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County, acting by and through its Commissioners Court, hereby requests the Texas Highway Department to proceed with the proposed Improvement and Reconstruction of F. M. Road 480 as aforesaid and that Kerr County hereby agrees to furnish without delay all necessary right-of-way for this project at no cost to the State of Texas and it is hereby certified that the necessary funds for such right-of-way procurement are currently avail- able for expenditure and are not otherwise encumbered. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
