Neunhoffer County Judge Adolph Bartel Commissioner Precinct 3 Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: N0. 10897 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR TWO 1969 MODEL 2-TON TRUCKS FOR PRECINCT N0. 3 AND PRECINCT N0. 4 „_, On this the 14th day of March 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be authorized to advertise for bids for one 1969 model two ton truck cab and chassis, to be equipped with Gallion dump bed; bid to include trade-in allowance for one 1956 Ford Truck for Commissioner of Precinct No. 3 and one 1969 Model two ton truck cab and chassis, witYnut any trade-in and without Gallion dump body for Commissioner of Precinct No. 4. Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk. Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A.M. May 2, 1969, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. , Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Notices to be published March 19 and March 26, 1969, in the official newspaper of Kerr County, Texas. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10898 APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF CENTRAL TEXAS ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. ^' On this the 14th day of March 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Central Texas Electric Cooperative, Inc., in the amount of $514.58 for relocation of electric lines along Right- of-Way of State Highway 41 and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $514.58, payable out of the Special Right-of-Way Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10899 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF SURPLUS FUNDS OUT OF KERR COUNTY SPECIAL RIGHT- OF-WAY FUND IN U. S. TREASURX BILLS On this the 14th day of March, 1969, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of investing certain surplus funds currently on deposit in the Kerr County Special Right-of-Way Fund; and It appearing to the Court that investment of such funds in United States Treasury Bil]s would be advantageous and desirable, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank, the official depository of Kerr County, be authorized to purchase U. S. Treasury Bills with 6 months maturity date and with a maturity value of $10,000.00 for Kerr County and to hold the same in safekeeping; and It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer b~ authorized to draw a voucher
