Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of March 1969 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $82,284.05. Also quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $2171.40. It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved; ~~ therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. 0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0 N0. 10905 SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND '1'ABULAPED On this the 14th day of April 1969, came on to be considered by the Court the returns to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election held on April 5, 1969, which included: Center Point Independent School District Hunt Independent School District Ingram Independent School District Divide Common School District No. 12 Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mention- ed Districts, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulat- ed in Volume 5, Page 99, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the Commissioners' Court, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commission- er Burney and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10906 ORDER DESIGNATING CHAS. SCHREINER BANK AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY On this the 14th day of April 1969, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of designating the official Depository of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the Depository Pledge Contracts submitted by the Chas. Schreiner Bank covering deposits of County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County School Funds which have heretofore been approved by the Court pursuant to Order No. 10888, entered on the 10th day of March 1969, have now been duly approved by the State Comptroller and by the Texas Education Agency, it is therefore Ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be and is hereby designated as the official Depository of Kerr County for a two year period, for the purpose of being the depository for County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County School Funds, and it is further Ordered that the County Clerk of Kerr County record such depository pledge contracts as required by law, and that the Clerk deliver all extra copies of said contracts, together with a copy of the order to the said Chas. Schreiner Bank. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10907 RECIUEST OF AIMS FRANK REAL TO USE AGRICULTURE BUILDING JUNE 12-14, 1969 On this the 14th day of April 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the request of Aime Frank Real to use the Agriculture Exhibition Building for a Lamb Sale, June 12-14, 1969, at a charge of $25.00 per day, plus janitorial service. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10908 PROPOSED REVISION IN INSURANCE PAYMENTS TO PAN AMERICAN LIFE INSURANCE CO.
