SCHREINEH BANK AS CUUNTY DEPOSITORY On this the 14th day of April 1969, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of designating the official Depository of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the Depository Pledge Gontracts submitted by the Chas. Schreiner Bank covering deposits of County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County School Funds which have heretofore been approved by the Court pursuant to Order No. 10888, entered on the 10th day of March 1969, have now been duly approved by the State Comptroller and by the Texas Education Agency, it is therefore Ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be and is hereby designated as the official Depository of Kerr County for a two year period, for the purpose of being the depository for County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County School Funds, and it is further Ordered that the County Clerk of Kerr County record such depository pledge contracts as required by law, and that the Clerk deliver all extra copies of said contracts, together with a copy of the order to the said Chas.
