Schwethelm Adolph Bartel Roger Stone County Judge Commissioner Precinct 1 Commissioner Precinct 3 Commissioner Precinct 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: N0. 10914 ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS OF PE'1'ERSON AU'1'0 CO FOR ONE 1969 MODEL TWO TON 'TRUCK FOR COMMISSIONER OF PRECINCT N0. 3 AND ONE 1969 TWO '1'ON 'TRUCK FOR COMMISSIONER OF PRECINCT N0. 4 On this the 2nd day of May 1969, came on to be considered by the Court the sealed bids for one 1969 Model 2 ton truck for the Commissioner of Precinct No. 3 and one 1969 Model 2 ton truck for the Commissioner of Precinct No. 4, as per specifications on file in the County Clerk's office. Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is found that the bids of Peterson Auto Company in the amount of $3,631.71, which is the total difference to be paid Łor the Commissioner of precinct No. 3, between the new unit and the 1956 Ford truck, be accepted as the lowest and best bid and the amount of $3,138.38, unit for the which is the net amount to be paid for the/ Commissioner of Precinct No. 4, be accepted as the lowest and best bid, said amounts to be payable out of the General Road & Bridge Fund.
