COUNTY OF KERR ~ BE I'1' REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 12th
day of May 1969 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., in the City of Kerrville, a Regular Term of the
Commissioners' Court, with the following members present;

Adolph Bartel	Commissioner	Precinct	3
Roger Stone	Commissioner	Precinct	4
and the Court having duly opened,	the following	proceedings were had:
N0. 10915 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 12th day of May 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 2,
3 and 4, General, Officers Salary, Kerr County public Library and County Law Library Funds,
-- as shown in the Minutes of pccounts Allowed from page 1241 thru 124-4 , Voucher Nos. 23382
thru 23517 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 10916 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUN`1'Y AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 12th day of May 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of April of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sinner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 10918 ORDER RENEWING FIRE FIGHTING CON`1'RAC'1' WITH THE CITY OF KERRVILLE, 'TEXAS
,.., On this the 12th day of May 1969 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of providing Rural Fire Protection for Kerr County, and it appearing to the
Court that the existing Fire Fighting Contract with the City of Kerrville, Texas will
expire on May 31, 1969; and it further appearing to the Court that the existing contract
and the working arrangements agreed upon thereunder are providing satisfactory rural fire
