N0. 10922 ORDER GRANTING REQUEST OF DUGOSH AIRCRAF`1' SERVICE CO., INC. FOR LEASE OF
ADDITIONAL LAND A'1' LOUIS SCHREINER FIELD SUBJECT"1'0 CERTAIN CONDITIONS
On this the 12th day of May, 1969, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the request of Dugosh Aircraft Service Co., Inc., to lease an additional 3.35 acres of
land from The City of Kerrville and Kerr County, which land is located at Louis Schreiner
Field adjacent to the area heretofore leased to the said company and which land is delineat-
ed on a plat revised February 3, 1967; and it appearing to the Court that the lease
proposal submitted is otherwise the same as the one rejected by the Commissioners Court
of Kerr County on September 30, 1966, due to an unacceptable purpose clause, which rejection
is evidenced by Order No. 10,312 recorded in Volume M, page 393 of the Minutes of the
Commissioners Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Burney, and unanimously approved by the Court that trie request of Dugosh Aircraft Service
Co., Inc., to lease the additional 3.35 acres of land concerned at Louis Schreiner Field
be granted on the basis of the ground rental being computed at the same rate as in the
existing lease with the said company and with the further provision that the purpose clause
"'~ of such additional lease shall be identical as that set forth in the existing lease as to
4.1 acres of land dated November 9, 1965 and which purpose clause is set forth on page 315
of Volume M of the Minutes of the Commissioners Court, and it is further ordered that the
foregoing grant is made subject to the concurrence therein by the city of Kerrville.

N0. 10923 APPORTIONMENT OF $7,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD & BRIDGE FUND
On this the 12th day of May 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk
and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $7,000.00 out of
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners` Precincts;

N0. 10924 'TRANSFER OF $5,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 12th day of May 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the General
Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

On this the 12th day of May 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 57 thru 60, Volume N.

~. COURT RECONVENED May 13, 1969 with all members present and the Court having duly
opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 10926 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 13th day of May 1969, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissioners' Court,

came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of
said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of February 1969 and ending on the
30th day of April 1969, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and
found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective
funds, since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are
found correct as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same
is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the
record binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made
in the accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order. Motion made by Commis-
sioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court.

CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIP'1S OF KERR COUN`1'Y
On this the 12th day of May 1969, Dame on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning February 1, 1969 and
ending April 30, 1969, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and
found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
and subject to audit.

Booth, Courthouse Custodian, be accepted effective June 15, 1969.and granted leave with
pay June 1, 1969.

On this the 23rd day of May 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that Egon 0. Tatsch be employed
as Courthouse Custodian effective May 26, 1969 and that his salary be fixed at $3600.00
per annum.
