came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of
said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of February 1969 and ending on the
30th day of April 1969, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and
found correct.
A"nd it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective
funds, since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are
found correct as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same
is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the
record binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made
in the accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order. Motion made by Commis-
sioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court.

CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIP'1S OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 12th day of May 1969, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning February 1, 1969 and
ending April 30, 1969, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and
found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
and subject to audit.

by Commissioner Burney, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Alvin S.
Booth, Courthouse Custodian, be acceptied effective June 15, 1969~and granted leave with
pay June 1, 1969.

On this the 23rd day of May 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that Egon 0. Tatsch be employed
as Courthouse Custodian effective May 26, 1969 and that his salary be fixed at $3600.00
per annum.
