Wilson as Public 'deigher of Justice Precinct No. 1 be accepted with regrets, effective
June 1, 1969.

On this the 29th day of May 1y69, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that William Calvin i•IcDaniel be
appointed to fill the vacancy of Public Weigher of Justice Precinct No. 1, effective June
,-, i, 1969, to nerve until the next succeeding General Election and that his salary be fixed
at 51680.60 per annum, effective the date of his qualification.

with said appointment to be in effect until the next succeeding General Election and that
