Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Albert
Wilson as Public Weigher of Justice Precinct No. 1 be accepted with regrets, effective
June 1, 1969.

On this the 29th day of May ly6y, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethel,u, the Court unanimously approved that William Calvin i~icDaniel be
appointed to fill the vacancy of Public Weigher of Justice Precinct No. 1, effective June
L, 1969, to serve until the next succeeding General Election and that his salary be fixed
at ,~1680.G0 per annum, effective the date of his qualification.

by Commissioner Scilwetnelm, with Corranissioners Bartel and Schwethelm and Judge Neunhoffer
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Stone abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a
majority vote that Albert Kennedy, Jr., be appointed to fill the vacancy in the office of
Justice of the Peace in Justice Preclnct ~4, resulting from the death of Fred E. Young,
with said appointment to be in effect until the next succeeding General Election and that
his salary be fixed at .1720.00 per annum, effective the date of his qualif ication.
