by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the General
Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the
F. M. Lateral Road Fund to the F. M. 1340 R/W Fund.

N0. 10941 ORDER TO RECEIVE BIDS FOR PURCHASE OF BULLDOZER AND MOOR GRADER
On this the 9th day of June 1969, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the necessity of purchasing a new Bulldozer for use by Commissioner Precinct No. 4 to
replace the unit proposed to be leased to the City of Kerrville and for the replacement
of a maintainer purchased in the year 1y59 for use by Commissioner Precinct No. 3, and
it appearing to the Court that there exists a necessity for the purchase of these two
units of road maintenance equipment, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel,
,~., seconded by Commissioner Burney and unanimously approved by the Court that the Commis-
sioners Court of Kerr County will receive sealed bids for one Bulldozer and one Motor
Grader until 9:00 A.M. June 16th, 1969 at which time the said bids will be publicly
opened and read. Bids shall be based on specifications on file in the office of the
County Clerk and shall be for the net cash price of each unit delivered on the ground
in Kerr County and in addition the bids for the maintainer shall include ar. offer of
trade-in allowance for one Allis Chalmers Motor Grader, Model 145, Serial No. 195, as is
where is. Payment for any units purchased pursuant to the aforesaid bids shall be made
out of current funds of Kerr County. Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and
all bids.

Construction Company to make emergency repairs to the Lime Kiln Creek Bridge on Arcadia
Loop as per bid and specifications presented this date, be accepteds in the amount of
