N0. 10943 READING AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES
On this the 9th day of Jane 1969, upon motion made by Commissioner Burney, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 61 thru 65, Volume N.

N0. 10944 COMMISSIONERS' COURT 'PO MEE'i' AS BOARD OF EgUALIZATION JULY 8, 1969
On this the 9th day of June 1969 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of the Commissioners' Court sitting as a Board of Equalization, and it appear-
ing to the Court th:~t the same is a necessity; therefore on motion made by Commissioner
Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, it was unanimously approved that the Commissioners'
Court convene on Tuesday, July 8, 1y69 between the hours of 9:00 o'clock A.M. and meeting
until 12;00 o'clock Noon and that proper notices be published and also notices be mailed
to those property owners whose valuations the Court proposes to change.

and the Court having duly opened,	the following proceedings were had:
N0. 10945 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF HO L'1 MACHINERY COMPANY FOR CA'1'ERPILLAF. MOTOR GRADER FOR
KERR COUNTY FOR USE BY COMMISSIONER OF PRECINCT N0. 3
On this the 16th day of June 1969, came on to be considered by the Court the sealed
bids for one new Caterpillar Motor Grader for Kerr County for use by the Commissioner of
Precinct No. 3, as perspecifications on file in the County Clerk's office.
Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is
found that the bid of Holt Machinery Company, in the amount of $17,400.00, which is the
total difference to be paid by Kerr County between the new Caterpillar Motor Grader and
the trade allowance for one used AC Model Motor Grader S/N 195, be accepted as the lowest
and best bid.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

BY COMMISSIONER OF PRECINCT N0. 4 TO BE TABLED FOR STUDY UN'1'IL JUNE 17, 1969
On this the 16th day of June 1x69, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the bids for one new latest
model 74" guage TRACK TYPE 'TRACTOR for Kerr County for use by the Commissioner of Precinct
No. 4,be tabled for study until 10:00 o'clock A.M., June 17, 1969.
